Weight Loss as of 4/2/08

Good weigh in on 3/21 lost 3.2 lbs, & I hit the 10 lb mark in 3 weeks Yea good for me, still not really able to tell in my clothes.



3/28 Gain 1.2 dropped down below the 10 lb mark, boy that really hurt. I did eat a wonderful Easter Dinner. My Mother-N-Law made sure my husband brought me a large plate of great food to work, you know the stuff I'm trying to stay away from. Then to beat that a super large pcs of Choc Coca Cola cake, yep one of my favorites. Yep I ate it all, and the scales told on me.

I'm trying really hard this week to have a big loss, I got passed up by one lady at work she is at 10.4 loss and I'm down to 9.2 so now I'm in 2nd place as far as I know. We had 2 ladies on vacation and 3 chose not to weigh in. Fri 4/4 is next weigh in I will try and post good news.



I hope everyone is doing well, and I will try to do better about posting.

Well 2nd weigh in was not as successful as the 1st but I will take it - 2 lbs, total so far is 6.6 lbs. I'm still in the lead at work, but I have a feeling if I dont do better this week, I will be passed up. I have got to get aggressive and stay on program. So this is the week no cheating at all, surly for 7 days I can do this.

Wed 3/12/08 Weight Loss Journey

Well 1st week was a winner I lost 4.6 lbs and more than the other nine ladies. One bailed on us so we are down to 10 in the contest. I've been doing good this week overall, however eatting every 3 hrs( Small amounts) is hard for me. I have been able to get my 100 oz of water down each day and have about given up Diet Cokes with out realizing it. I about can't drink anything else for all the water.



Weigh in is on Fridays and I took a sneek peeek this morning and looks like I may have lost another 4 lbs, but we will see come Friday. I have walked on the treadmill several times, but tonight its around the neiborhood, because the weather is to nice to stay inside. So nice I lit up the grill and the guys are having Steaks and for me CHICKEN gotta stay on plan. Yippe. Well better go for now, I will do better about updateing.

Well I'm back. Still trying to figure this out. My Brother said that part of the fun is figuring it all out. Yea Right, after I have erased everything I have typed 2 or 3 times. I'm just hoping now this will not delete everything I have already done. Thanks for the supporting words on the comments, I will keep trying.

I wanted to share with everyone :10 of my friends and I are going on a diet to see who can lose the most weight in 8 weeks. We all are pitching in $10.00 and whoever loses the most by Friday May the 2ND will win the money. Start date is this Friday Feb 29th.Wish me luck!!

Some of the ladies are doing the Low Carb, some Weight Watchers, some just doing their on thing. Me well to be completely honest, I had purchased The 6 Week Body Make Over Program about a year ago and never really committed myself, so that's what I'm going to do. I will start posting my progress, because I'm gonna win this thing.

I ran into a good deal today @ our local Thrift Store I purchased a Nordic Trac Walk Fit Treadmill for $20.00, and it looks brand new and works very well. Another good thing it folds down so I can slide it under the bed out of the way. So remember check out your local Thrift Stores.

Febuary 2008

2/12/08 Trying to get this thing set up. Boy this computer stuff makes me feel like I need to go back to Kindergarden. After 3 hrs of working on this, I have had to ask my youngest son to please get off the cell phone so he can help me out. Well ... looks like I can forget that. All I can say is just bear with me.

Boy, it looks like my brother (Rake) has this down pat. I love reading his blogs he is so up to date. I have got to get this figured out, I can't have him being one up on me. You know me being the older one and all. I had the best time today, I sent my wonderful neice (Little One) a Valentines Package which also included her Birthday present. I decorated the box inside and out with stickers, markers and all that stuff. Several people at the Postoffice made comments on how cute the package was.
